Just seen something very interesting about how cancer feeds on glucose and how our bodies turn carbohydrates into glucose. Despite proven tests and true stories of people who have managed to cure themselves by changing their diets around we still struggle to make a change as its not only much more expensive to buy healthier whole organic food but its most of the times simply not available where we are!
❤I try to stick to varying 💛I stick to simple foods
🧡totally avoid frying (just the smell puts me off)
💚I avoid anything industrialized (cakes, cookies, drinks, bread, sugar, anything refined, meat...)
💙I avoid ALL drinks not home made by myself!
💜I dont even buy much water (most of the water out there taste weird)
🖤I avoid eggs, cows milk & butter...rice milk for now seems the simplest with less added ingredient
💖I love natural oils, nuts, seeds, fruit, veg, OATS!!❤😋And finally⚡I read all labels, avoid glucose, added 'E's!...
