It was created with much LOVE and ENERGY one special dreamy night in Brazil! So, I hope you have lots of fun with it too and help me spread much Eletricat Love and Positive Energy around the globe!
Remember to be carefull when trying the class moves. Each person´s body is different and you should pay your own body special attention when trying out new moves. DO get ready for your class wherever you are and prepare your body, mind and soul. Wear something that makes you feel good, get a mirror, look at your image. Dance is art and its all about the visual movements you create!
Also, DO drink water and eat something before dancing and exercising. And DO learn to appreciate yourself, to relax and to let go! Find your inner self, RESPECT yourself, LOVE yourself and you´ll discover the world!
