Guarana Seed powder can increase energy, boost metabolism, and suppress appetite in a natural, healthy way! Dehydration is a serious matter!

Don't think that this only happens in poor countries! It's very common and can seriously harm your body!
Why You Need to Drink Water : Your body is estimated to be about 60 to 70 percent water. Blood is mostly water, and your muscles, lungs, and brain all contain a lot of water. Your body needs water to regulate body temperature and to provide the means for nutrients to travel to all your organs. Water also transports oxygen to your cells, removes waste, and protects your joints and organs. Signs of Dehydration :  Caffeine and alcohol trick your body into thinking you have more water than you need. Symptoms of mild dehydration include chronic pains in joints and muscles, lower back pain, headaches and constipation. A strong odor to your urine, along with a yellow or amber color, exhaustion and feeling your head and body heavy. Thirst is an obvious sign of dehydration, and in fact, you need water long before you feel thirsty!

Lemmon is a fabulous fruit. Your immune system will be strengthened by the vitamins and minerals contained in lemons. Lemons contain vitamin C, A, B, phosphor, iron, manganese, silicon… Lemons are good at curing and alleviating rheumatism, gout, ulcer, arteriosclerosis, aphathae, many infections, fever, colds, asthenia… Following a lemon diet or eating lemons often will make you much healthier. 
Oranges have many health benefits. Anybody that has hepatic , stomach, renal or intestine health problems should consider eating more oranges. Oranges cure fatigue and insomnia, and also help cure headaches.

Vitamin C is the one that strengthens your immune system the most.

Lemons are great for weight loss. You can lose a couple of pounds in just a few days. Every morning drink the juice form 1-2 lemons. You can drink the juice as it is or you can mix it with water and honey. For one lemon you should add 2-3 cups of water.

Besides losing weight the citrus fruits will help you detoxify your body. You will also feel refreshed because of all the vitamins and minerals that citrus fruits contain.




Grow up drinking coconut Water

It's a good source of Vitamins C and B as well as protein, calcium, iron, manganese, magnesium and zinc.

'It also contains a group of nutrients called cytokinins, which many scientists think can play a role in human health  -  slowing ageing and lowering the risk of cancer.' 

A study of post-exercise rehydration carried out by the University of Science, Malaysia, which compared coconut water with sports drinks and normal water, found that it was 'significantly sweeter, caused less nausea, fullness and no stomach upset'.

But another reason why coconut water is popular with the gym set is that it is full of electrolytes, the minerals vital for bodily functions such as muscle movement, brain operation and nerve transmission. In particular, they are useful in helping to prevent cramps and spasms in the muscles.

'Potassium is one of the most important electrolytes and a small carton of coconut water contains 680mg, more than two bananas,' says nutritionist Kim Pearson.

'The mineral helps maintain water balance in the body. It maintains water pressure within cells as well as water pressure within the blood. So, by helping to draw water into cells and into the blood, it enables the body to rehydrate quickly.

'It also contains high levels of lauric acid, which the body uses to make monolaurin, a disease-fighting fatty-acid derivative. Lauric acid has anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties that protect the body against various infections and boost the immune system.'

Coconut water has also been claimed to help to reduce the risk of cardiac disease, improve circulation, regulate digestion and ease stomach pain. Because it is so similar to the composition of blood plasma, it was used as an intravenous drip in the South Pacific in the Second World War.

But beware of drinking too much  -  it can also have a laxative and diuretic effect.

Natural Avocado Shake

My mum would bring me an avocado shake when i was out playing!
Today I give it to my children! And I still love it!

How to make:

Add 1 avocado, 2 glasses of milk and 1/ 2 tablespoons of honey in the blender!

Easy, filling, healthy and delicious!



Spirulina Algae

There are many forms of valuable algae and in the last 40 years Spirulina has been singled out for its nutritional properties. Long before it became a favorite of the health food industry, Spirulina was eaten regularly by North Africans and Mexicans centuries ago. Now many people around the globe realize that Spirulina is a powerful food with huge potential as a whole food source, medicine and biochemical resource. 

As a nutritional supplement, spirulina usually comes in the form of pills or powders. It is a source of protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals. Eating five grams of spirulina provides about 230 percent of the Recommended Daily Allowances (RDAs) of vitamin A and beta carotene, 150 percent of the RDAs of vitamin D and vitamin B12, and 125 percent of the RDA of vitamin K. It's also a rich source of carotenoids, copper, vitamin E, iron, manganese, selenium, and zinc, and studies show that taking spirulina in moderation is not harmful.

Vitamin E
Vitamin E is needed by the body for nerves, muscle function and to maintain a healthy reproductive system. It has also been shown to benefit the skin by keeping its elasticity better, reducing the effects of ageing. It helps protect every cell in the body from the effects of free radical damage and may help to reduce cholesterol levels in the blood. 


Wheat germ is the best source of vitamin E contained in any food. Just 1 tablespoon provides us with 20milligrams, which is 100% of the recommended daily intake - defined by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Minerals
There are 16 minerals that our body needs to function properly. Wheat germ contains no less than 10. These minerals include:

I used to feel faint and tired all the time! Then when I was in Brazil went for simple blood test and realized I was on the border line with iron.

All women could take extra iron (+ vit C helps absorbtion) specially when on a period!

Natural Wax Recipe

This is was taught to me by my beautician in Brazil!
I have been doing it myself at home for 10 years now! I love it as it's good for sensitive skin and not so sore! Also doesn't give me ingrown hair!

2 table spoons lime juice
2 tbs water
1 cup sugar
use exact measures in a pan in very low heat for 5 mins.
keep cooling off from time to time and check if you can roll wax into tiny ball.
once ready let cool a bit and use the wax on your body and pull. (no need for paper sheet)

Your soul or spirit is the most powerful and important thing in this world! It must be FREE! If you are happy and in love, or in other words with GOD, everything around you will conspire to work for you! 

People around will feel your energy/ happiness/ joy and will feel like joining you! Therefore the one tip I would always recommend first in any situation - including someone who is ill, is to do something you LOVE, that brings you happiness! Be it a trip, go on an adventure, paint, sing, dance, care for others, work with animals...and if needed have the courage to make a CHANGE to your life so you achieve or look for it! And don't stop searching for what you LOVE! If your life is about LOVE then your health...well all of you - mind, body & soul will be alive and kicking with energy & joy!

It's not worth it in this short & strange inexplicable life to be trapped, to waist it by doing something you don't enjoy...and specially by doing bad to others! Be yourself and let others live too! But understand that we must respect others rights as we follow our path to happiness! This is the downfall of humanity nowadays. SAD and EVIL! People are not taking care of others as they look for their own path to happiness! We must understand we are all EQUAL and unique! We live together in this world we call earth, and if you don't respect others and this planet, in turn you don't respect yourself!
