The Method
Eletricat's unique METHOD created and guided by Eletricat herself since 1997 has a unifying holistic approach to Dance Fitness. Her routines are designed to shape every woman's body promoting a deeply healing, liberating and positively charging experience and conscious awareness of our connection to our own nature, to each other and all life around us, openning up mind, body & soul to our higher purpose as protectors of Life.
Eletricat focuses on African Indigenous rooted Brazilian dances and other ancestral sacred world dances to strengthen the body from its roots and promote balance from the centre. At the core of her classes Eletricat creates short dance sequences combining mainly fast paced Afro Brazilian & Samba bringing about a really fun liberating workout.
Contrasting however to the beginning of her sessions, the second part is on the floor and blends Dances of the Afro Brazilian Goddesses of Orixas with other World Dances, Yoga, Meditation & reiki massage in a powerful and flowing style promoting the complete electrifying healing body, mind & soul experience!
Eletricat's aim is primarily on a positively fun relaxed and deeply healing energetic experience!
Masterclassses, Rituals & Sacred Events can last anything from 1 hour up to a full day event!
